These terms of service define the framework within which any person accessing my work, engaging in dialogue with me, or receiving material derived from my research may use it. They apply to every interaction, whether direct or indirect, written or verbal, public or private, and govern the manner in which my ideas, analyses, and conceptual structures may be viewed, referenced, or discussed.
Receiving a text, a preparatory note, a manuscript, a doctrinal outline, an analysis, or any excerpt from my work does not grant any right to exploit, reproduce, transform, or integrate it into third-party material. All such content remains fully protected and is the exclusive property of its author. Access to a document, even when voluntarily shared without compensation, shall not be interpreted as a transfer of rights, a license for use, or a tacit agreement permitting derivative work or claims of conceptual precedence.
Use of the material is limited to private reading or discreet discussion. Extracting ideas, formulations, or conceptual structures for the purpose of reappropriation is strictly prohibited, as is any re-interpretation intended to embed my work into another framework without explicit permission. The user acknowledges that this exchange cannot be used to retroactively legitimize texts they may have previously written, nor to claim intellectual lineage where none exists. Any attempt to mislead regarding the origin of a concept, passage, or doctrinal structure constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
No party is entitled to impose unilateral obligations, whether in the form of demands for written confirmation, forced acknowledgements, contractual validation, or personal commitments. Even when exchanges involve sensitive or strategic matters, they cannot be reinterpreted as a contract, a formal collaboration, or an employment relationship. Any transition toward a contractual or editorial relationship must be established through a distinct agreement that is written, reviewed, and signed.
I reserve the right to terminate any exchange, revoke access to any shared material, and treat any violation as grounds for implementing appropriate protective measures. By continuing communication or accessing any document, the user accepts these terms, recognizes their legal significance, and understands that the protection of intellectual integrity is a foundational principle of this framework. The purpose of these terms is to preserve a safe, respectful, and equitable space in which analytical and creative value remains fully safeguarded.
